Led P2P transformation and migration impacting ~120 FTEs, designing TOM, process excellence hubs and retained organisations to improve service levels, controls and working capital via standardisation and automation.

Delivered process and technology improvements including virtual banking capability at Santander and cost-reduction business cases (e.g., ~£22M for RBS), and financial modelling that saved clients ~£14M.
