At GAO Group of Companies, I sourced candidates through job boards, social media, and online recruitment channels, then screened and shortlisted applications against position requirements.

I posted openings on recruitment platforms and university portals, and scheduled and conducted interviews for various positions.

I communicated with applicants by email and LinkedIn, followed up on interview status and joining, and prepared and shared offer and agreement letters with selected candidates.

I also assisted with recruitment coordination, maintained candidate information, and supported candidates through onboarding. I’m seeking HR Assistant, Junior Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, or HR Internship opportunities in the UAE.
