Shyam Kumar

I’m a Full Stack Developer Intern focused on shipping production-ready web platforms that help teams move faster and make smarter decisions. In my current role, I built and deployed a recruitment platform using Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and TailwindCSS.

I’ve worked on role-based portals for Candidates, Recruiters, Referrers, and Admins—covering candidate tracking, recruiter analytics, resume management, and bulk onboarding workflows. I also implemented AI-powered resume parsing and JD-CV matching, plus project and advanced candidate search features to improve recruiter productivity and hiring efficiency.

Beyond work, I build end-to-end products through projects like StartHub and GreenCart. StartHub is a startup discovery platform with Next.js, NextAuth, and Sanity, delivering advanced search/filtering and CMS-driven content; GreenCart provides real-time eco insights with Firebase, highlighting sustainability scores and eco-friendly alternatives across large product categories.

I bring strong fundamentals from Data Structures and Algorithms—solving 900+ problems—and I’ve earned competitive milestones like “Knight” on LeetCode. I also enjoy responsibility-driven impact, serving as a Placement Coordinator where I supported campus recruitment for 15+ companies and coordinated placement communications for a 1100+ student batch.
