I architected Bug Health 360, an AI bug-triage platform using a multi-agent AutoGen orchestrator and a 14-signal scoring engine. Built with C#/.NET 8, Python, FastAPI, React, MCP servers, and REST/WebSocket APIs, it triages up to 40 bugs per minute and cuts triage time by 60–70%.
As sole owner of a financial-costing module, I've resolved 40+ escalated production incidents, backported fixes across three prior releases, reduced recurring incidents by about 32%, and mentored engineers. Previously at Salesforce, I resolved 100+ production issues across Apex, SOQL, and OmniStudio.
