Shubhaansh Barkodia

I’m an integrated B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student with a strong foundation in business law, corporate governance, and technology policy. I combine legal research and contract analysis with data-driven problem solving to make decisions practical, explainable, and compliant.

Through my legal research internship, I researched civil and criminal procedure topics (including filing, maintainability, jurisdiction, and execution), and supported drafting written submissions and petitions. I also analyzed statutes and judicial precedents critically, translating legal principles into clear, case-ready outputs.

In moots and competitions, I’ve prepared detailed memorials, structured written submissions, and argued core issues under Section 307 IPC and minor custody “welfare” standards. I’ve worked on statutory interpretation, case-law mapping, and responding to judicial queries during oral rounds.

I’m seeking a tech-company role across legal operations, policy, business analysis, or compliance—where I can bridge law and technology, strengthen documentation and governance, and contribute to stakeholder-ready reporting. I bring an analytical mindset, strong contract drafting fundamentals, and a practical approach to legal problem solving.
