I’m looking for a role at the intersection of clinical operations and healthcare product/strategy, where I can use data-driven benchmarking and workflow design to improve patient outcomes, compliance, and efficiency.

I’m a junior physician currently serving as a Junior Resident and Team Leader - Code Blue at a premier government-funded pulmonary institute in Delhi. I manage diverse pulmonary patient care while improving case documentation to reduce consultant round delays and leading life-saving responses during cardiac/respiratory arrests.

In parallel, I build practical healthcare solutions. As a Clinical Operations Intern, I used Metabase for clinical benchmarking, translated SOPs into trackable KPIs with full daily compliance visibility, and supported an AI auditor by shaping its clinical logic and prompt architecture—achieving 95% accuracy for scan necessity.

I also bring product and operations thinking from my healthcare entrepreneurship work, including designing CareTrack, a BLE-based SaaS platform for asset tracking, patient flow, cold-chain, and compliance monitoring. I’ve learned to pair stakeholder interviews, prototyping in Figma, and business validation with real-world clinical insight—so decisions improve both outcomes and efficiency.
