I’m a finance professional focused on Controlling, Commercial Services, and cost governance across multiple regions. In my current role as a Process Expert (GBS R2R - Commercial Services) at Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited, I handle corporate function controlling activities for Middle East countries and the Ireland region, including budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning.

I strengthen financial accuracy through contract and billing discipline: I support contracts management with contract pricing calculation, rollout, and periodic charging, and I manage open items such as open AR, open AP, open PO, and open GRIR with validity checks for balance sheet completeness. I also ensure journal postings and accrual integrity by handling audit fees and expense recharging schedules, while running invoice workflows and Payment Request processing for MEA countries.

Earlier, at IBM India Private Limited, I worked as a Senior Practitioner handling 200+ daily invoice transactions by applying validation protocols, reducing discrepancies, and supporting vendor onboarding and master data maintenance. Before that, as a Junior Accountant at Shahi Exports Privat Limited, I handled the complete AP process for a weaving plant project, including PO and Non-PO invoice processing, audit/tax-ready documentation, GR-IR and purchase order management support, and resolution of vendor escalations—work that earned recognition and awards including “IBM Champion Learner Bronze.”
