I’m seeking a challenging and long-term opportunity with a growth-oriented organization, where I’m allowed to execute my creativity, analytical strategies, and experience to generate desired outcomes and serve with the best of my knowledge.

I’m a result oriented finance and accounts professional with close to 11 years of experience, built around General Accounting, Accounts payable/receivables, and R2R – Reconciliation, Accruals and month end journals. I focus on accuracy, strong workflow ownership, and delivering on time with minimal supervision.

In my role as Team Lead – Financial Accounts at Allweiler India Pvt Ltd, I managed Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations, overseeing aging, collections (dunning), and vendor payments to optimize cash flow and reduce overdue balances. I supervised and developed a team of 4 accountants, handling hiring, training, performance management, and workload allocation for high-quality, timely deliverables.

I’ve also led intercompany accounting processes—reconciliations and cross-border transactions—to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. I prepared month end journals, debit/credit notes, and cross charge allocations, and drove process improvements and automation in SAP for AR/AP aging and dunning processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Earlier, at Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd as an SME – Process Analyst, I handled advertising and marketing and General Operating Expenses accruals/prepaid so expenses were recognized in the correct period. Across roles, I’ve worked hands-on with SAP FICO, JD Edwards, and ERP (Oracle Financials), and I bring that same analytical, process-focused mindset to every engagement—supporting decision-making, improving controls, and strengthening reporting reliability.
