What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading Agile, client-facing delivery where I can bridge French-speaking stakeholders and technical teams, manage project scope and risks, and drive reliable outcomes across cross-functional software projects.

At Skills Outsource Think Pvt Ltd, I lead end-to-end Agile software delivery for more than five French-speaking client accounts. I translate client requirements into technical specifications and sprint tasks for a 13-person development team.

I run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while managing backlogs in Jira and stakeholder documentation in Confluence. Across six or more concurrent projects, I've driven 95% on-time milestone delivery through proactive risk, issue, and blocker management.

My background in French education, translation, and localization makes me a natural bilingual liaison between clients and technical teams. I've taught more than 50 students, supported English instruction in France, and localized 500 Word Search Explorer puzzles and themes for French audiences.

I'm fluent in English and French and bring structured communication, cross-functional coordination, and client delivery experience to project work.
