Shreyas Shete

I’m an Advocate with over five years of active litigation practice at the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, the Supreme Court of India, District Courts, Sessions Courts, and specialized Tribunals across Maharashtra. I combine extensive courtroom experience with a commitment to public service and social justice, aiming for result-oriented solutions.

My practice spans the full spectrum of litigation. I handle Special Leave Petitions under Article 136, constitutional matters under Article 32, and appeals against High Court orders—while also representing clients on the Original and Appellate Sides of the High Court, including writ jurisdiction for criminal and civil challenges to administrative actions.

In courts and specialized forums, I work across civil suits and criminal matters, including sessions trials, bail and anticipatory bail applications, criminal revisions and discharge applications, plus execution and contempt proceedings. I also litigate in NCLT, DRT, MAHARERA, consumer forums, labour courts and industrial tribunals, GST appellate processes, cooperative courts, and RERA appellate matters—bringing structured legal research and drafting to every stage.

Beyond advocacy, I actively strengthen access to justice through pro bono work and public-interest engagement. As a Moot Court Judge for Government Law College, Mumbai, and a Panel Advocate with Nyaya Bandhu, I focus on legal research, analysis, and drafting standards; I also contribute to environmental and forest protection advocacy, staying rooted in grassroots concerns and integrity.
