What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a consulting role where I can apply my disputes, regulatory, insolvency, and client advisory experience to practical business risk and commercial decision-making.

I've advised and represented corporate, financial, and individual clients across arbitration, litigation, insolvency, and regulatory matters, including before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Bombay, NCLT, and arbitral tribunals.

At Chandhiok & Mahajan, I managed domestic arbitration portfolios and advised telecom, infrastructure, financial services, and services-sector clients on commercial disputes, PMLA exposure, CIRP proceedings, employment risk, MSME recovery, and settlement strategy. I translated complex legal risk into practical, business-oriented advisory memoranda and represented clients in proceedings that secured disposal orders, interim deposit orders, and recovery-related relief.
