@shreyamahajan1
Experience Designer at Boston Scientific who translated insights from 170+ procedural steps into real-time ERCP guidance concepts.
What I'm looking for
At Boston Scientific, I led the ScopeIQ graduation project, turning insights from 170+ procedural steps, time-motion studies, and pass-fail analysis into HMI concepts for ERCP navigation and clinician decision support. I also mapped and analyzed 15+ endoscopy procedures to identify workflow inefficiencies, unmet needs, and HMI opportunities.
Across healthcare technology projects, I researched clinical workflows and evaluated usability using methods including EMG and eye-tracking. I contributed to formative evaluations, an ethnographic research app, an ultrasound-based diagnostic device, and design recommendations for an AI-enabled malignancy detection platform. I’m looking to broaden my design expertise in Human-AI Interaction and emerging AI-driven experiences.
