I’m a Senior UX Designer with 3.5+ years of experience designing enterprise products and high-trust workflows used at scale. I own end-to-end UX delivery across multiple internal platforms, partnering closely with business analysts, product, and engineering to turn complex requirements into clear, usable journeys.

I’m especially strong in product growth style thinking—building onboarding, activation, engagement, and repeat-usage experiences—by reducing friction in critical steps like forms, approvals, and verification. I design role-based dashboards and workbenches for complex systems, prioritising key actions and decision clarity through strong information architecture.

In regulated environments, I focus on trust, transparency, and compliance-aligned UX—covering verification, risk reviews, and consent flows. From integrating SAP SuccessFactors experiences to delivering KYC/KYB and electronic signature workflows, I iterate through reviews and usability validation and support design-to-development handoff to maintain intent.
