I’m a NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach (CSNC) building self-directed athlete case studies that apply energy availability (EA), RED-S risk screening, and carbohydrate periodization across swimming, distance running, cricket, shooting, archery, boxing, and football. Using a consistent six-step clinical methodology, I analyze diet recall, calculate TDEE, assess Energy Availability with Exercise Energy Expenditure (EEE), classify RED-S risk, and create full intervention plans with meal options and macro targets.
