I’m a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience owning end-to-end B2B and B2C healthcare and fintech product design across web, mobile, desktop, tablet, kiosk, and TV. At PB Health (Policybazaar), I’ve owned design for 8+ healthcare products spanning Doctor Portal, Front Desk, Customer Support, Self Check-in Kiosk, Patient App, Waiting Room TV, Nurse Tablet, and the PB Health website. I drive product discovery through user research, interviews with doctors and nurses, and competitor analysis to define requirements and optimize clinical workflows.
I collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure design decisions align with user needs and business goals. I’ve built and scaled the PB Health Design System to improve design consistency and accelerate product development, and I manage design handoffs, implementation reviews, and functional QA to support high-quality releases. Previously, I led mobile trading app design for iOS and Android, launched to the Play Store and Apple Store, and used analytics and usability testing to inform product improvements.
