What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Flutter Team Lead, Mobile Technical Lead, or Senior Flutter Developer role in a product-driven or technology-focused organization, where I can lead scalable mobile delivery, mentor engineers, and build production-ready applications.

I've led Flutter and Ionic development for workplace safety and HSE products at Momentum India, including MiSafe, Audit Notes App, and a QR Code Scanner App for Raisina Dialogue.

I manage end-to-end mobile delivery, from requirements, PRDs, architecture, and sprint planning through Play Store and App Store releases. I led a 10-member cross-functional team and partnered with clients, QA, UI/UX, and stakeholders to deliver maintainable production applications.

My mobile work spans Flutter, Android Java, Ionic, REST API integration, offline-first workflows, secure data handling, and performance optimization. At Softlink Global, I improved app startup time by 20% for logistics and shipment-tracking applications.

I'm currently contributing to enterprise-scale Flutter development at Capgemini while strengthening AI-assisted engineering practices with GitHub Copilot and Claude.
