At Credila Financial Services, I own credit risk strategy for a ₹68,000 Cr disbursement book across 60+ countries and 5,000+ institutions. I sustained portfolio NPA at 0.25% and collection efficiency at 99.7% while the book grew 74%.
I design underwriting policies, portfolio governance frameworks, collections strategies, and executive MIS for CEO, CCO, and PE investor reviews. I have co-architected UK credit policy, built a district-level collections framework across 2,500+ cities, and represented credit risk in CEO-chaired governance committees.
Previously at Tata Capital, I built and deployed SAS credit-risk scorecards and predictive models across consumer and commercial lending, including a thin-file personal-loan strategy that increased disbursals by 14% while maintaining delinquency thresholds.
