Message

At Syngene International, I develop, transfer, validate, and analyze GLP large-molecule assays supporting clinical and pre-clinical trial samples.

I work across PK, PD, ADA, and NAb assays using cell- and non-cell-based approaches, including ELISA, MSD, and flow cytometry platforms. I also prepare study reports, MOAs, SOPs, calibration documents, and raw-data records in GLP systems.

Previously at ONNSA Research Innovations, I supported a GMP facility through mesenchymal stem cell isolation, culture, characterization, SOP writing, inventory management, and lab maintenance.

My molecular biology research includes fibroblast migration and invasion assays, RNA isolation, PCR, immunofluorescence microscopy, and focal adhesion analysis. I contributed to a 2024 iScience publication on Bacopa monnieri phytochemicals and fibroblast cell migration.
