I'm currently supporting users as a Jr Helpdesk Support at Race Online Ltd. while working as a NOC Support Engineer at RONY Online Communication.
My work focuses on hardware maintenance, LAN/WAN setup, router and switch configuration, network troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and traffic analysis.
As a Network Trainee at Creative IT Institute, I've continued building practical networking experience with Cisco configuration, MikroTik, Wireshark, Packet Tracer, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and IP addressing.
I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at Dhaka International University and bring certifications in CompTIA A+, Cisco configuration, and MikroTik MTCNA. I'm focused on growing into network engineering and cybersecurity through continuous learning and real-world work.
