At Accenture, I build and maintain enterprise Azure infrastructure for production environments, including Virtual Machines, AKS clusters, VNets, NSGs, and Storage Accounts.
I support MTN Munic through incident triage, monitoring, AKS operations, and automation, collaborating with Microsoft engineering teams on platform-level issues. I handle L2/L3 incidents in ServiceNow, perform root cause analysis, and create runbooks for recurring issues.
I use ARM Templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI to make infrastructure repeatable and reduce manual work. My work also includes Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Docker, Git, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes deployment automation.
