My name is Shivanna Brown, and I am a dedicated individual with a diverse skill set and work experience. I am currently pursuing a Pharmacy Technician Training program at Jewish Vocational Services of MetroWest, which I believe will enhance my capabilities in the healthcare field. My educational background in Criminal Justice from Saint Peter’s University has equipped me with critical thinking and problem-solving skills that I apply in my professional endeavors.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in customer service roles, including positions as a Crew Member at Popeye’s and a Cashier at Forman Mills. In these roles, I honed my ability to provide prompt and friendly service, manage transactions efficiently, and resolve customer complaints effectively. Most recently, I worked as an Amazon Delivery Associate, where I utilized technology to prepare and deliver inventory, demonstrating my adaptability and commitment to excellence in every task I undertake.
