I’m a dedicated, customer-focused professional with experience across pharmacy operations, retail, and food service. I bring strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to every task.

As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, I receive and verify prescription orders, enter prescription information accurately into the pharmacy system, and prepare and label medications according to prescription requirements. I also help customers with prescription pick-up while maintaining confidentiality.

I handle practical pharmacy workflows including processing insurance claims, verifying coverage, resolving insurance rejections and billing issues, and preparing and submitting prior authorizations when needed. I support the pharmacy’s daily efficiency by stocking medications and supplies, rotating stock, and checking for expired medications.

Before that, I built customer service and operational experience as a Cashier at Walgreens and St. Vincent De Paul, managing cash register transactions, returns and exchanges, restocking shelves, and keeping a clean, organized checkout area. I also gained food safety and kitchen standards experience while preparing and cooking food at Cook Kids Korner Pizza.
