At ARIA Therapeutics, I’m building an AI/ML-driven drug development platform for oncology and genetic diseases, integrating multi-omics data to prioritise therapeutic targets and optimise candidates.
At the University of Manchester, I developed a machine-learning and image-analysis pipeline for high-plex CODEX imaging. I used spatial proteomics and single-cell RNA sequencing to study tumour–immune interactions and identify predictive biomarkers.
During my PhD at the University of Aberdeen, I engineered an antibody-based immunotherapy for B-cell haematological malignancies and assessed its efficacy and safety in preclinical models. I also developed GMP-grade production protocols and IND-enabling applications.
Earlier, at Nemazee Hospital and SN.Aryan for Advanced Diagnosis and Therapy, I worked across genome editing, clinical genetics, and precision diagnostics. I’ve founded ventures, secured research funding, and mentored students and junior scientists.
