At TeamLease Digital, I managed monthly payroll for 2,500+ employees across multiple client locations, including Google, Meta, EY, Deloitte, and Vodafone. I processed payroll for APAC and EMEA regions while meeting region-specific statutory and tax requirements.
I led a payroll team through the FY 2023 cycle and received a Spot Award with an “Exceeds Expectations” rating. I also oversaw statutory compliance, benefits administration, and audit support.
At Datar Security Service Group, I managed payroll and statutory compliance for 1,000+ employees and maintained employee and payroll data in SAP HRIS. I also prepared full and final settlement letters and exit payroll documentation.
Earlier, I administered payroll using Oracle PeopleSoft at Canon India Pvt Ltd (via TeamLease Payroll) and processed payroll for 500+ employees at Shine and Standard Pvt Ltd. I’m IPASS certified in Payroll & Taxation and currently based in Dublin, with Irish Stamp 1G work authorisation.
