What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end delivery, recover at-risk timelines, and lead Agile execution with clear stakeholder communication. I thrive on UAT rigor, risk-mitigated releases, and continuous process improvement.

I’m a Project Manager with 3+ years leading full-lifecycle delivery of enterprise, web, mobile, and healthcare/fintech platforms—from discovery through production release. I focus on stakeholder alignment, risk escalation, and process improvement in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

In recent work, I took over a stalled healthcare financial transformation at 9 months with no handover documentation. I reverse-engineered the financial logic, built a missing module, and coordinated cross-functional delivery (DevOps, Finance, QA) via YouTrack to reach production go-live within 3 months.

I specialize in recovering at-risk projects caused by vendor blockers, stalled timelines, and missing scope. I’ve orchestrated intensive UAT/regression cycles, secured client approvals using risk-mitigated release planning, and delivered financial reporting and revenue projection modules with KPI dashboards for executive decision-making.

Prior to that, I owned the company’s largest platform mid-build, delivered 7 module revamps and 15 major features, and established a Maintenance & Support (M&S) operating model to improve issue clarity, resolution time, and billing accuracy.
