Directed product development efforts for HMRC's Make Tax Digital initiative in the UK, overseeing the end-to-end creation and launch of almost 50 microservices tailored for tax registration and self-assessment. Led offshore development and release of FireTV and Android apps for five NBCUniversal brands, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Successfully advocated for 3PD Inc. (later XPO Last Mile Services) in the US to transition from outdated custom hardware systems to modern native mobile applications compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. Over the course of 18 months, spearheaded the onboarding process for more than 4,500 drivers, a pivotal effort that led to a remarkable threefold increase in annual deliveries.

Developed CRM applications for major clients across the UK, the US, Australia, Egypt, and Hong Kong such as British Telecom, Telstra, and Telecom Egypt, focusing on evaluation, requirements, and deployment. Recognized as a trusted advisor for expertise in CRM implementation and strategy.
