What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a clinical role where I can support direct patient care, learn from licensed caregivers, and contribute to safe, organized workflows using EHR and HIPAA standards.

I’m a nursing student at the University of Arizona with a 3.71 GPA and strong foundational clinical knowledge. I’m BLS-certified and a Certified Phlebotomy Technician, and I focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

In my Medical Intern role at Pulse Cardiovascular, I recorded pre-operative vitals, managed daily patient scheduling and copays, and supported efficient clinic flow for 25–30 patients each day. I processed referrals and updated medication lists in Tebra EHR while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

I’ve also strengthened my clinical readiness through hands-on exposure to advanced vascular procedures, reinforcing sterile protocols, infection control, and cardiac care recovery. Alongside this, my volunteer work has built my confidence in safe patient handling and supportive communication.

As a Surgery Desk Volunteer at Banner Ocotillo Medical Center, I help ensure a safe, welcoming environment by cleaning and prepping beds in Pre-Op and PACU, guiding patients and visitors to surgical areas, and supporting smooth check-in and discharge. In earlier Child Life volunteering at Banner University Medical Center, I created calming, age-appropriate experiences to foster a therapeutic, safe environment for pediatric patients.
