At Phoenix Children's Hospital, I supported pediatric providers with exams, procedures, vital signs, patient histories, phlebotomy, EHR documentation, and parent education. I helped keep outpatient care moving through scheduling, referrals, follow-ups, infection control, and high-volume patient communication.
I'm currently a Patient Care Assistant at Banner University Medical Center, providing routine care, assisting with daily living needs, collecting patient data and specimens, and documenting care to support patient comfort and nursing-unit operations.
