What I'm looking for

I want to work as part of a surgical team where I can deliver meticulous sterile/aseptic technique, instrument handling, and procedural support. I’m at my best in fast-paced settings, prioritizing patient safety, calm communication, and high-quality care.

I’m a compassionate, detail-oriented healthcare professional with a background in pediatric medical assisting and a strong pull toward surgical technology. I’m known for staying calm under pressure, building trust quickly with patients and care teams, and focusing on meticulous sterile technique and procedural support.

In my role as a Registered Medical Assistant with Phoenix Children’s Hospital, I supported up to 60 pediatric patients per 6-hour shift in urgent care. I handled fast-paced documentation, inventory management, and time management, while also training and onboarding 10 new ED technicians and paramedics to improve workflow and team efficiency.

My clinical foundation continues through my Surgical Technologist Certificate Program, where I completed 363 surgical clinical hours across outpatient and inpatient settings, including Loma Linda University Medical Center and the Loma Linda University Outpatient Surgery Center. I scrubbed and assisted across a range of specialties, including general, ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, neuro, and ophthalmology cases, including hands-on da Vinci robotic cases.

I collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, anesthesia, and SPD to support patient safety through sterile/aseptic technique and instrument handling. I’m motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible, positive impact on patients during some of their most vulnerable moments, bringing reliability, care, and attention to detail to every procedure.
