I architected an AI-ready platform that transformed a fragmented TB-scale data estate and reduced time-to-insight from days to under an hour. I designed its GenAI capability using RAG, vector search, LLM orchestration, AWS Bedrock, and Python, alongside audit-ready VPC, IAM, and HIPAA/GxP security architecture.

Previously, I led cloud architecture, migration, and cutover for fragmented on-premise estates, delivering $1M in annual savings. I also consolidated data from 10+ enterprise systems across geographies into an integrated platform, cutting reporting time by 40%.

I lead multi-country technical teams with hiring, compensation, and career-development responsibility, while translating architecture trade-offs into board-ready business narratives. I also lead competitive RFP strategy, build reusable delivery frameworks, manage escalations end to end, and mentor architects and engineers through high standards in practice.
