What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level role in bioinformatics, research, microbiology QC, or genomics/proteomics in the New York/New Jersey area, where I can apply my life sciences training and in silico research experience.

I've conducted in silico research at Central University of Jharkhand, analyzing the OsRGG1 promoter in rice and mapping its protein interaction network.

I used PlantCARE and PLACE to identify cis-regulatory elements, STRING to investigate interactome partners in G-protein signaling, and Cytoscape to visualize and interpret biological networks. My work was grounded in extensive literature review of plant molecular biology and gene regulation.

I'm bringing a five-year Integrated M.Sc. in Life Sciences and training across molecular biology, microbiology, genomics, proteomics, cell biology, biochemistry, and immunology to an entry-level bioinformatics, research, microbiology QC, or genomics/proteomics role.
