At Inteledge, I built a research method to find the customers and angles DTC brands are missing. I use reviews, Reddit, forums, and competitor ads, then check every finding against its original source before making a recommendation.

As an independent e-commerce operator in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, I launched and tested four products with my own budget and found a winner. I wrote, filmed, and directed the UGC video ads in Saudi Arabic, and ran the business from product research and the online store to Meta Ads and results analysis.

I closed that business when rising import costs made the margins too thin to continue. The experience gave me a firsthand view of building and advertising a DTC business with my own money.

I'm now co-building Solmeir, a Moroccan furniture brand, handling its digital work from positioning and pricing to the online store and marketing. For its launch, I'm running the ad strategy and creative; I also researched Loop, Caraway, and Jones Road for case studies, developing overlooked customer groups, hooks, and scripts for each.
