At Maldives Police Service, I lead the Cyber Security Operations Center supporting nationwide law enforcement operations. I directed its establishment with international stakeholders and vendors, creating centralized monitoring across 100+ distributed locations.

I oversee security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection, and developed SOC playbooks, triage models, and escalation frameworks. I also support cybercrime investigations through digital forensic analysis and IT evidence collection.

Previously at Maldives Police Service, I led enterprise cybersecurity strategy as Head of Information Security and worked as a Server Administrator in the Network Security Unit. Earlier, I served as a Frontline Police Officer and a Computer Technician at Center for the Holy Quran.

My PhD work focuses on insider threat management in resource-constrained environments. I also founded Dhivehi Cyber Labs, where I provide cybersecurity advisory services and developed an insider threat framework for law enforcement and critical infrastructure contexts.
