I’m a Strategic Finance and Operations Manager with 12 years of experience across technology, retail, e-commerce, and audit environments. I build and lead finance functions end-to-end, owning financial strategy, operations, and reporting in lean, high-growth organizations. Most recently, I served as the sole finance function for a US-based company, independently owning all FP&A, finance operations, and strategic reporting with direct accountability to the Founder/CEO. I led the FP&A cycle through revenue and sales funnel analysis (segmentation, expansion, CAC), improving visibility into customer profitability. I also improved reporting efficiency by 30% by redesigning dashboards and automating data pipelines to reduce manual effort and errors.

I’ve built full-cycle finance operations from scratch, including AP/AR, billing, vendor payments, invoicing, and month-end close processes. I negotiate and manage vendor relationships, escalating issues and renegotiating contracts to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency. As a primary finance business partner, I manage third-party integrations and escalate issues to protect data accuracy, reporting scalability, and financial transparency.

Earlier in my career, I owned budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting—translating demand planning and sales trends into actionable financial plans. I’ve also supported open-to-buy (OTB) planning, developed targets tied to financial objectives, and strengthened forecast accuracy by integrating real-time insights into planning models. In parallel, I gained assurance and audit experience as an External Auditor, sharpening my rigor around process control and financial accuracy.
