I'm looking to support high-quality patient care through clinical laboratory work or healthcare virtual assistance, using my experience in documentation, care coordination, EMR workflows, and accurate diagnostic testing.

I've supported dermatology providers as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, handling patient triage, follow-up calls, care coordination, referrals, prior authorizations, specialty pharmacy workflows, and documentation in NextGen and ModMed.

Before freelancing, I spent more than six years as a Senior Medical Technologist at Caloocan City Medical Center, performing diagnostic testing across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, serology, and blood banking. I maintained quality control and assurance standards, supported COVID-19 testing and donor screening, and was named Best Employee of the Year in 2019.
