Provides remote administrative support to healthcare professionals and organizations. Handles patient inquiries and communication, and maintains and organizes medical records.

Performs routine clinical work in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, Urinalysis, and Fecalysis. Uses MS Excel for laboratory results and supplies tracking, and ensures completion of tasks and proper workflow during field work.

Facilitates skill enhancement and interacts with students in a professional manner, offering constructive, encouraging, and timely feedback.

Performs medical and laboratory procedures in all departments including microbiology, chemistry, blood bank, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology. Performs QC procedures and preventive maintenance, and works as an evening/night shift generalist.

Introduced lessons to students depending on their level of expertise in English to improve their English skills. Interacted with different nationalities which helped develop adaptability.

Pursued a Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Science, building self-confidence through outcome-based education and detailed theoretical knowledge.

Completed secondary education, trained to work under pressure in a healthy competitive environment.
