I’m a detail-oriented Chat Support Representative who delivers accurate, guideline-driven responses with clear, friendly communication in both English and Hindi. I built my edge through remote, deadline-driven work that rewards accuracy, patience, and clarity.

In my current role as an AI Data Annotation Specialist, I evaluate and write responses to AI model outputs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strict adherence to detailed style and quality guidelines. I also review conversational data for correctness, tone, and helpfulness—much like quality-checking customer interactions.

Alongside that, I work as a Freelance Web Developer & Client Support, where I communicate directly with clients, gather requirements, resolve issues, and explain technical concepts in simple, non-technical language. I handle post-launch support by promptly troubleshooting website issues and responding to client questions.

I also coach learners as a Language & Communication Mentor in English and Hindi, focusing on patience, clear explanations, and adapting my tone to each person—skills that directly support de-escalating and satisfying chat experiences. I’m currently pursuing a BS in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from Indian Institute of Technology Madras (Online), and I’m energized by roles where I can keep improving my support craft through feedback, structure, and continuous learning.
