At Eptain, I turn stakeholder conversations into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that development teams can use. I also map current and desired processes to identify gaps and support process changes.
I build Power BI dashboards for leadership and use SQL to verify data before it appears in reports. I also monitor live data feeds so stakeholders can respond to issues promptly.
At Eptain, I work with developers on API requirements and test APIs, and I help plan and run UAT. I review Figma wireframes with the design team to check that they match the requirements.
