I’m looking for a senior QA/QA Lead role where I can run Agile quality for complex payment and data workflows, strengthen automation with Selenium/Java, improve traceability and dashboards in JIRA, and collaborate closely with product, dev, and release teams.

I bring 7+ years of experience in QA—leading project teams and QA resources (onshore & offshore) and delivering quality across simple and complex projects for CRM, Billing solutions, and CIS, including SAP S/4HANA-ISU and Salesforce in FinTech, Utilities, and government environments.

I’m known for attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and proactive collaboration with Product development, Implementation, and Release teams. I build traceability with test plans/cases in JIRA, drive defect triage, improve QA processes, and mentor junior QAs—while also strengthening test automation through a Selenium Java framework integrated with reporting for faster, consistent delivery.
