At Hexaware Technologies, I led UAT for ROTHEYSAY in the regulated UK mortgages sector, coordinating a five-member team and working with client and supplier stakeholders toward a zero-defect production go-live. I used Postman for API validation and Playwright for SIT and regression testing.

For the IBIS education system, I built the testing function from the ground up and led a seven-member team from requirements analysis through go-live. Earlier at Wipro Technologies, I led test strategy and delivery for UK mortgage work and manual and automation testing for a US mortgage Loan Origination System.
