What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue developing in commercial and corporate legal work, with opportunities to draft and negotiate international contracts, manage legal risk, support compliance, and deepen my knowledge of international trade law and arbitration.

At Bluebell Pharmaceuticals, I lead commercial contract governance work, creating SOPs, administrative decrees, customer-classification frameworks, and four distinct sales agreements for credit sales, distribution, commission sales, and consignment.

I've reviewed and negotiated contracts across e-commerce, logistics, real estate, and IT services, while identifying gaps in dispute resolution, pricing, and data-protection terms. I also coordinate compliance initiatives with Finance, Audit, IT, and Sales and draft labor-law documentation under Egypt's Labor Law No. 14 of 2025.

Previously at Mission Pharma Egypt, I supported international contract review, distributor and supplier negotiations across Gulf markets, and contract management for the Saudi affiliate. My legal foundation also includes corporate law, GAFI procedures, real estate financing, legal research, arbitration training, and bilingual legal drafting.
