I’m looking for a role where I can handle contract drafting and review, conduct legal research, and support business transactions with practical risk assessment—especially in corporate transactions and M&A—within a fast-paced, international legal setting.

I’m a detail-oriented legal professional working across commercial law, contract drafting and review, and legal research in bilingual Arabic-English environments. I support corporate matters by analyzing legal risks and translating them into practical guidance for business decisions.

In my role as an independent lawyer, I drafted and reviewed commercial agreements such as service agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts. I also conducted legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, supported clients in structuring business relationships, and assisted in reviewing shareholder arrangements and business agreements. I prepare legal documents, correspondence, and compliance-related materials, while focusing on due diligence support, risk assessment, and clear legal documentation that helps transactions move forward with confidence.
