I am a practicing Egyptian lawyer with over 13 years of in-house experience in the legal department of a multinational home appliances company, where I serve as Litigation & Enforcement Supervisor.

What I do:

- Draft and review commercial contracts, including distribution, supply, and quality agreements, in Arabic and English

- Manage litigation and enforcement of judgments for the company

- Handle labor disputes and employment matters under Egyptian Labor Law

- Advise management on day-to-day legal risks

I also handle independent litigation, including labor, civil, family, and criminal cases.

I am looking for remote roles in contract review, legal support, or compliance, especially with companies working in Egypt or the Middle East.
