At Paysafe, I owned enterprise AI, Data Governance and model governance, risk and assurance across 120 markets. I operationalised risk-based intake, assessment, approval and monitoring, and provided independent assurance across traditional AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
At Arab Banking Corporation International Bank, I designed the enterprise AI and Data Governance strategy and framework from the ground up across five EMEA markets. I supported the governance and deployment of 9+ AI-enabled use cases and led EU AI Act readiness, translating requirements into practical controls and assessments.
At EXL Consulting, I partnered with Lloyds Banking Group's Enterprise Risk to establish federated governance for Risk Data Products; the work contributed to a ~40–50% reduction in time-to-insight. Earlier, I led data governance and risk programmes at SOCS Gokson Capital, including independent validation and assurance of HSBC's AML Transaction Monitoring models.
