At Aviation Information Technology Company (AVIT), I lead procurement for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of critical light current and airport systems across Egyptian airports. This work has included Cairo Airport terminals and systems such as Terminal 2, Sphinx, Alamein, and Borg El Arab.
I oversee procurement for high-security surveillance camera rollouts and supply networks for the Smart-Card-based Subsidized Food Allocation and Social Solidarity Pension systems. I also direct the procurement budget, set cost-reduction targets with top management, and audit spending trends.
Before becoming Procurement General Manager, I managed AVIT’s Procurement Department, setting KPIs, improving purchasing processes, and managing procurement from contract negotiations through final delivery. As an additional role, I served on the AVIT Internal Audit Team, carrying out compliance checks and following up on corrective actions.
Earlier at AVIT, I managed Follow Up and Board Secretarial workflows, and I began my career as a Check-In Agent at Egyptian Aviation Services Company (EAS). My credentials include an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and a B.A. in English Language from Ain Shams University.
