I'm currently leading Mount Egmont School as Principal, directing overall operations for 2,300 students and 96 faculty members. I oversee curriculum, school policies, budgets, staffing, discipline, parent engagement, sports, cultural programs, and community outreach.
Previously, I served as Administrator and PGT Computer Science at Mount Egmont School, TGT Computer Teacher at Army Public School and Naman Vidya School, and Administrator and Academic In Charge at Naman Vidya School. I've managed examinations, routines, ERP implementation, interactive classes, teacher performance, school logistics, and academic growth initiatives.
My experience also includes work as an SME at Wipro, where I created macros and validation tools, supported a US client project using VB and Oracle, managed reporting, handled escalations, and supported team quality and production. I'm looking forward to assignments with new challenges and typical problems in a highly competitive education environment.
