SHIVAJI SANAP

I am a retired principal with 33 years of experience in school leadership and classroom teaching, holding an M.Sc. (Distinction) in Organic Chemistry and a B.Ed. I have taught NCERT Chemistry for Class XII for over three decades with consistent qualitative results.

My career spans roles as a Post Graduate Teacher (Chemistry), Vice-Principal and Principal where I managed administration, finance, establishment, purchases, maintenance and CBSE procedures. I have served as a resource person for teacher orientation courses and led a student delegation to Japan under the JENESYS exchange program.

I am currently working in an international school as an administrator and remain passionate about mentoring teachers, improving student outcomes and applying strong time-management, multitasking and software skills to school operations. I seek suitable leadership roles in reputable educational institutions.
