I’m a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer with experience in manual, AI-based, and web application testing. I focus on product quality, defect prevention, and early bug detection through strong test case design and reliable execution across QA activities.

In my current role as a Software QA Engineer, I work on Dealer Pulse, an AI-powered platform for booking car service appointments. I perform end-to-end manual testing of AI chatbot flows, appointment booking modules, and admin dashboards—validating AI response accuracy, conversation flows, and edge-case handling—then execute functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing to ensure system reliability.

I also contribute to a live project involving a Nissan website and framework integrated with DealerPulse. My responsibilities include functional testing, UI/UX validation, verifying integrations, validating navigation/redirects and form behavior, running regression after fixes, and verifying chatbot user queries, responses, routing, plus call-based and scheduling verification processes.
