At Amazon Ads, I helped identify and adopt data models to improve ad delivery and publisher targeting. I also spearheaded privacy and security compliance programs, and data-driven program improvements saved 3,200 hours of effort.
At Meta (Facebook), I drove cross-functional programs across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. My work included WhatsApp’s capacity and quality programs, as well as an infrastructure utilization effort that saved at least $3M in its initial phase.
At Larsen and Toubro Infotech Ltd. (LTI), I worked across program management and software engineering. I contributed to a legacy modernization application for merchants and banks, and built applications for teller operations and resource management.
I started at Honeywell International supporting project and program managers in the R&D and technical support department. I’m PSM I and SAFe Agilist certified, and have trained and mentored more than 100 employees in Agile practices.
