At Infosys BPM, I manage end-to-end recruitment across banking, finance, insurance, operations, and other functions. For a critical project, I delivered 250 hires within one month and also handle high-volume and niche hiring.

I partner with hiring managers and US-based stakeholders on recruitment planning, candidate screening, and offer negotiations. I also build talent pipelines, coordinate with vendors, and track hiring metrics through MIS reports.
